Using Paypal to collect payment.?

Hello,

I am going to shortly launch a site www.onlines2s.com which will offer memberships to willing subscribers. I want integrate Paypal with my website to collect payment from the members of the website. But I have some questions regarding Paypal.

1> Is it good for sites launched in India?
2> What will be the Income Tax implications for the payments collected through Paypal(I am planning to charge my customers in USD).
3> How efficient is Paypal in transfering funds to an Indian account?
4> Do you know anyone who is using Paypal in his site in India and can you please help me by providing his contact information, so that I can contact him and know some details?

They have payment Integration with the Paypal .
And now , one can also transfer his or her Paypal money to Indian banks .
There are some charges below Rs. 7000 /-
but none above it .
