I have been paying my student loans they take money from my checking acct.?

My loan has went into default status however PCR which is the collection agency for USA funds have been taking money from my savings acct. They still are saying that im up this year for my taxes to be taking 2007. My loan balance is for $4777.00 but i have been making ontime payments how much of my taxes will they take? This has been so hard for me im a single mother of 4 little girls.im barley making it off the income that i have. If someone can please help me or if you know how much they may take.Thank You

Unfortunently, whatever you owe. however, try filing a hardship claim with the agency and the IRS. Show proof of your income, and your expenses, and show how hard it would be for you if they take your refund
