Can a car company file felony against me for a banks mistake?

well make a long story short i purchased durango well after a day having it , it started messing up so i turned it back in but they already sent the check in and my bank which is their bank, cleared it that day but i did not yet deposit my income tax check due to me purchasing a nother vehicle so i only had 1,000 in the bank for my bills well the check had cleared which put me -3,500 so i called the bank put a complaint since i put stop payment on it , it shouldn't cleared with no funds avaliable and they said in order for everything to go through go to the company get 4,500in cash deposit it before 12 p.m. and everything will go through no bounced check or nothing so i got a check from company cashed it and deposit it well the thing is since i didnt have funds in the bank the bank refuned me the 4,500 back plus the money they wrote to me which made me 4,500 extra now the company said they are press felony charges against me but can they do that since its the banks fault i didnt steal

no the stop payment did not go through so it cleared in my bank which shows in my statement and also NO in the florida we have a 3 day lemon law if within 3 days you find problems with the car you can return it and end contract and i payed it full off which yeah i can buy and unbuy a car in florida within 72 hours but the thing is after the bank represenatives told me all this crap they went ahead and refunded the 4,500 from the check since it was in review since i didn;t ;have enough to cover it then after getting their check they wrote me to cover the 4,500 they took out well it made me 4,500 over and i tried to offer it back but i guess they want to get revenge since i wasn't a stupid female who knew about cars and their calling my mom some how going over her house and calling my phone private around 6 in the morning harrasing me for some reason all kinds of numbers calling me back to back and i'm tired of it so i can sue them for harrasing and threating right?

Your stop payment is the same as you taking their money when you bought the car.
You don't get to unbuy a car just because you changed your mind so you still owe for the first car.

If the bank cashed your check, the car dealer should have deposited the $4500 in their account which would have cancelled out the $4500 check they gave to you. If the bank did not cash your check due to the stop payment, then you have $4500 of the car dealers money and need to return it to them.
