Can someone please help me with a marketing letter ??

A SHY business newbie & I need to get my products out there!!

I make UK certified aromatherapy products such as soaps, bath bombs, salts etc..... I currently have 4 markets stalls a week; someone has advised me that I should try & get my products into residential homes. I agree that this may be another good income stream, but I am very shy & don't like to seem pushy, so I thought about approaching the homes' residents activities fund raiser by letter. Ideally I would like to take my products into the home one day a week, I would stay throughout & sell, pack up all my stuff & donate 10% of the takings & other incentives i.e raffle prizes etc....
The problem is I don't know how to correctly word this in a letter............ if there is any experts out there could someone please help me compile a letter or even send me a sample/standard letter which covers my needs???
thanks

hey firstly hahah shyness trust me everybody experiences it so no worries sweetie but u will actually have to overcome it one day so hehhe anyway lets see if this works u could perhaps start off your letter by perhaps saying yeah u know the format right, introduce yourself first and write about all the benefits that the customers will receive by buying your products so f your gonna word it i guess it should sound like this good evening i am....from.....and i would like to introduce the UK aromatherapy such as.............besides this, there are allot of benefits when purchasing this products such as (then u talk abt yeah all the benefits)and then u explain how u sell them like ermmm packing them up and stuff well have a great day then your business will be a success!!!!

You must use emotional direct response marketing.
My friend is shy and stutters and doesn't like talking to people. He runs a successful practice because he mails letters to his clients to get them to join his program...

It's the one I recommend for my clients.
