I just moved to Amherst, NH from Tempe, AZ.?

I am still reeling over the differences in culture and lifestyle. But my main question is about a job. I am 22 and looking for a low pressure job. I don't need a substancial income, but I would like to work to feel like I have been productive and to help make some friends. I have a patchwork of jobs in my resume including retail, service in an upscale restaurant, production assistant on a movie set, sports nutrition at GNC, fundraising assistant for a college scholarship fund ect.......
I have been considering something at a gym recently but anyone with personal experience who understands what I mean by part time and low pressure would really be appreciated!

Ron Mexico: I've lived in AZ since I was about 6mo old, until 22 yrs old....... I love it out there, but I didn't want to be a "lifer". I would live in AZ again, but I want to have the opportunity to experience other places and people before I have children and need to settle down to provide stability. I have always been restless. Constantly wanting to change my surroundings and my job. So I had better satisfy my urge to "re-invent" as much as I can now, before I am responsible for the lives of others.
There is something intoxicating about the prospect of going somewhere where you dont know anyone and everything is new.

Why would you ever leave Tempe?
