For a person who has quit his job (not retired), are the PF, Superannuation and Gratuity payouts taxable?

I recently quit my job and asked my company to pay my Provident Fund (PF), Superannuation and Gratuity dues. Are these payments taxable under Indian income tax laws since I have not retired? If they are taxable, what are the limits beyond which they are taxable? Are there other rules that govern taxation of these?

Yes these are taxable as per the limits specified u/s10(10) of the Income tax act. You'd better consult a Chartered Accountant

Hire a CA. Its for your own good.
