I work in NGO that also has a small school.We dont charge fee.Can anyone tell where we can get donations?

We have a Primary School with around 300 children. We want to bring desks for them as they have to sit on the floor, But we are lacking funds as there is very little income due to the fact that we don't charge any fee.

You did not state from what country you are (doesn't sound like the US).

Check first for government programs in your country where you might be able to request for funds.

Then look to other NGOs and non profits who provide donations and support education efforts.

Also write to corporations and businesses in your area to ask for assistance.
