How do I get a grant/funding to start a small business.?

I have a radio feature on the air. Which is a great radio product with an outstanding audience-appeal. Everyone LOVES it!. However, as a single parent with 6 sons ages 2-17, I NEEED funding to promote my feature into a viable income for my boys and I. I research, write and produce all of my episodes at home with very high broadcast quality.
The radio feature is not a talk show. It is a 3 minute feature aired throughout a broadcast day (i.e. at the bottom of every hour etc.) I have over a million fans at this point yet have no money to promote it. I think a grant could be possible. Any educated suggestions?

Draft up a business plan... you will need to explain everything that your business will offer, do, etc. ALso include in there the projected losses and gains (financial) of your company. Finally you will need to present this to either investors or bank execs. You may need to apply for a business lisensce beforehand as well. Check your ordinances.
