Have any of you invested in the Turks & Caicos ( Provo ) Islands?

I am looking to invest in either land for future development or a single house to acheive between 8 & 10 % rental income. Do any US Banks fund the investment?

Not to my knowledge. And the other problem you may face is that most of those island real estate transactions require that you pay everything in cash as soon as the deal is struck.

They do not finance down there at all.

No.
