2. Free Counceling
3. Parent Child education
4. Food Bank
5. Clothing Bank
6. Temporary housing assistance
7. Drug and Alcohol counseling
8. Peer Preasure Counceling
9. Job Search
10. Toy Drive
11. After School Programs
12. School supply Drive
13. Join the Fight against Domestic Violence On both adults and children.

I know there are other things that I want to involve but I am not sure what So if there are any suggestions please let me know.

The best thing to do is find a fund raising point. That point must be able to bring in the big bucks. From there network with local businesses and organizations. By doing so you will be able to get your organizations name out there and let people know what it is you do. Also you may want to hold a food drive these are very popular around Christmas time. You should be able to find a media outlet that will help tell people about your group.

Start by writing up a business plan. That would include an overview of your goals, and a list of everything you'd need to do or have to start the business and how much each would cost and where you'd get the money for startup and to keep going after you'd start. Would include how many people you'd need at first, and when you'd need to hire more.

Your goals are admirable but probably way too broad to be practical when starting up. Focus on a couple areas, and then if you make that successful you can expand.

Note: if you will want to get donations to sustain your business, you will need to get 501(c)3 status with the IRS so the donations will be tax-deductible to donors.

Good luck.

Great answer by the first person. The business plan cannot be stressed enough. As one successful entrepreneur put it: be detailed even down to the number of screws you'll need.
