How can an NRI remit currently Resident Rupee Balance to Canada?

What sort of NRI account can I open to remit rupee balance (funded from indian income source in savings only) for foreign remittance to USA or Canada? I require to remit both the Principal and the Interest. Any help would be much appreciated

try citibank , its recently launched an NRI rupee account scheme, check it out , i think its the best, since its there all over the world & you can use to transfer from one account of citi to any other citi account free of cost..
