At a glance, I'm losing money?

At a glance, I'm losing money in my IRA. The custodian is Pershing, LLC. I've lost in the following mutual funds (Class A): American Balanced Fund, Capital World Growth & Income, Fundamental Investors, Inc., Income Fund of America, Capital Income Builder Fund.

Can I benefit tax wise because of the loses, and should I move my money? This is very scary.

it is an ira so the gains/loss are not subject to tax
leave if be it will bounce back!!!

Unless you need it, leave it alone at this stage....the time to move money is when it is up, not after a drop....give it a couple more years for the thing to turn around....don't add any more though.....build a chunk of cash until you see the economy is closer to bottoming and then put it in.

Losses in an IRA are not tax deductible.
