I am looking for an attorney to sue the state fund insurance company, on civil rights ,and on the ADA.? |
The reason that i am sueing the State Fund Insurance Company is for the following reason's. I have an ongoing Worker's Compensation Heart case, and I am receiving biweekly payment of $340.00. Along with the payments I also I have open and future medical. I want to get a Compromise and Release on the rest of biweekly payments and included with the future medical. I am 53% diasable from my doctor, and verified by medical team working for the State Of California Worker's Compensation system. As of date I am unable to find work because my doctor has told me that I can't return to my old line of work which was Law Enforcement, working in the Juvenile Correctional Facility. The only type of work that I can do is seditary work.My only source of income is my biweekly payment of $ 340.00 I am In a financial Hardship, and I am living below the National Poverty level. Any local ambulance chaser should be happy to do that for you, on a contingency basis - they'll take 40% of the settlement. |
