In order to get a mortgage need to increase my income? |
i live in mass. i have over $10,000 saved i called country wide to find out about prequalifing for a mortgage for a single family home for about $175,000.i was told my credit score is fine so its not that.i was told my income is to low i am social security and he said i did not have a big enough income to debit ratio.the most i would be able to get is $82.500 theres no way in hell u can find a house for that price.come on last be honest.my father is disabled and i take care of him and he pays me for it.$500.oo a month but that cant consider that income i guess its not traceable.but it is money ...so what do i do. i really would like to get a single family home what would they consider income how about a trust fund? what if my father has a check given to me every month thru the bank?im just trying to be creative i am 42 yrs old.so then i thougfht of a mobile home ill live there till i die i can certaintly get one for under $82.500 they are everywhere for that price help.any ideas....i well you said your credit is not that bad. Why not try a licensed mortgage broker they can offer you more choices. You could probally do a no doc loan.
