Is it too late to invest in the emerging market funds/ETFs?

I hope that you know what you are doing. Investing in EMFs and ETFs is kind of risky business. There has been a major shift from the big players into ETFs as of late though, so I would probably have to recommend that if you are interested.

No... i think it will outperform US stocks over the next couple of years.
