I want to take advantage of the weakening dollar, How can I invest in the euro? |
With the DOW riding so high, I think the market is due for a correction, so I pulled my mutual fund. I only have 8K to invest and only want to hold the Euros for about 6 months. With the increasing American debt, this seems like a safe investment. thoughts? I wouldn't try to time the market. You should have a properly allocated portfolio and rebalance when you think there will be a correction. Talk to CMC markets. They can let you hold a position on the Euro vs USD for that time at reasonable rates. Its the largest financial market. Its how banks make trillions of dollars each year. Its how Bank of America made most of their profits last year. The way you can make so much is that your leveraged 400:1. Every dollar you invest is like 400 dollars because you have a broker. Dont settle for what everyone else settles for.
