Can't find a fund that I'm looking for?

Hi guys. I found this fund called Dreyfus Premier Greater China I (DPCRX) on Yahoo Finance. and it says I can buy this through JP Morgan Invest. I went to JP Morgan Invest website but I can't find this fund. How can I find this??

And do you guys think it's a good idea to invest through JP Morgan? I'm worried cause it seems that they don't have an office in Vancouver.

So will I get charged some tax when I put money to my fund every month since I'm sending my money from Canada? How does it work if I invest with American company when I actually live in Canada?
