Since i am in the us, can my brother invest in mutual funds on behalf of me?

hi dear

as you may be aware of for mutual fund investment pan card is required and your sign is also required on mutual fund form.....so if you want to invest on your brother,s name you have to make investment on his name and he has to provide pan card xerox and signature on form and you can keep yourself as nominee for investment.

yes he can but make sure u give money to him via checks/draft so that it should be noted that its yr money which he is using and on stamp paper u should give him power of attory to use yr money for investing in the market.

No he cant.. but he can invest in his own name and then choose you as nominee....
