Since i am in the us, can my brother invest in mutual funds on behalf of me? hi dear yes he can but make sure u give money to him via checks/draft so that it should be noted that its yr money which he is using and on stamp paper u should give him power of attory to use yr money for investing in the market. No he cant.. but he can invest in his own name and then choose you as nominee.... |
