Is there a mutual fund that invests exclusively in companies with a woman CEO?

Is there a mutual fund that invests exclusively in companies with a woman CEO?

That is an interesting question. I do not believe it would be against the law as one responder mentioned, but frankly with all the screw ball laws in this country, it could be.

There are in fact mutual funds that invest in minority owned and managed companies. Ariel Mutual Funds.

Environmentally friendly mutual funds. Calvert Group.

Catholic values mutual funds. Aquinas Funds.

This one might come very close to what you are seeking. The Women's Equity Mutual Fund. FEMMX

It has not however had a stellar performance record.

No, because that would be a violation of law.

If there is an ETF let me know so I can short it.

Yes, but very few people buy it. About once a month it crashes because a high-level executive gets fired for an arbitrary reason at each of the companies it owns.

The goal of an investment is to make a good risk adjusted return. I know of no studies that suggest the gender of the CEO can be factored into the equation. If what you really want to do is to reward the female CEO, send her a check for $10. She'll actually benefit and you won' t lose as much as if you had bought the stock.

FEMMX mentioned by another responder has been a dog producing half the return and all of the volatility of the S&P 500 since inception. See the chart below
