Which investment funds would invest in a profitable affordable home building company in an emerging market? |
A profitable builder in an emerging market country with a goal of building and financing affordable housing None; a publicly traded home builder in emerging markets in a beast virtually unheard of. There are some publicly traded construction companies (Poland's Budimex comes to mind), but they are mostly big-ticket firms with little involvement in homebuilding. |
