Whats the best savings fund for 16 year old to accumulate money?

would it be better to invest in savings fund or use money to start buy to let property?

A money market savings account. This is not FDIC insured but it is backed by the full faith and trust of the United States Government. It works like a savings account and is limited to 3 withdraws a month. It pays more than a savings account does.

Don't go with property because that's not a liquid asset. Savings is liquid because you can withdraw at any time.

When will you need the money? What is your time frame? Do you need this money for college or other school tuition? Do you need it for a down payment on a car? How much money is it? Are you currently working even part time?
