Wat do u mean by mutual funds? how to invest in it? |
i donno anything about mutual funds , and i want to know whether is it like the share market, i invest in shares but idonno anything about mutual funds , , so can anybody pls temme about mutual funds , how shud we operate it , and all about mutual funds A mutual fund is a financial intermediary which pools that money of a large number of investors together and invests them in different securities. You buy shares of the mutual fund and immediately become one of its owners. The investors that participate in a particular mutual fund tend to share a common investment objective. Mutual fund is a professionally managed fund where they pool the invsetments form many investors and invest in stocks,bonds, in Short term markets. The returns may be less and the risk involved is also very less when compared to other types of investments. The funds are managed by professionally managed people. |
