How you would invest your money?

What would be the best way to invest 拢800 each month if you had that to spare each month. Assuming you want to review the returns in one years time and reinvest there after into a bigger project with the growth of your investment. In each one you choose, what would be your expected returns for your choosen investment? Any Ideas Please

yes split it into three parts

invest part 1 in low risk low return investment like premium bonds

invest part 2 in medium risk investments

invest part 3 in higher risk investments

ie dont put all your eggs in 1 basket

to decide which investments to go to for medium and high risk study the Motley Fool website which should give you all the indicators you need. This was set up several years ago by some people who were trying to make investments easy to understand for people who were unfamilar with these things

try www.fool.co.uk

dont be put off by the title - you will learn something

good luck

One of your answerers already, but it's only half-true.

400 of those should go to secure investments.

400 of those should go to medium-risk investments. IF you ever make any profit from your medium-risk investments, you must load it up to your secure investment accounts.

Really, the risky half is the one that will take all the blows and earnings. And out of those earnings, your secure investment account will grow and grow and grow and ONLY grow. So that's your REAL account, the money you have. The other half is there only for the fighting.

I would suggest that you consult someone close to you whom you trust and whom you know has more knowledge than you about investing and ask for help. There are a number of different variables that you don't mention that need to be considered when making investment decisions, including your age, your risk tolerance, your goals, your plans and your overall strategies you plan to use. All of this needs to be taken into consideration before you invest.
