World Money Invest company cheque for money transfer?

I got a cheque from world money transfer to cash in my account, take 10% for me and send remaining ammount to them via western union. I am yet to receive instructions to send money via western union and to whom to send, but I have received a cheque. I do not know if this is a genuine company or something fruad. The say they they are in UK, cannot collect money from US customers and so need someone to encash these cheques and send 90% of ammount to them.
Has Anybody gone through similar situation?? I wonder what will happen if I deposit the cheque in my account and it get bounce.

Do not deposit this check as it will bounce!! Then you are out the entire amount of the check plus the 10% you sent them and any bank fees!!

SHRED THE CHECK!!
DO NOT DEPOSIT!!
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!
