What the best place in the world to invest money in real estate?

personally, i think bulgaria is the best place as it is slowly becoming a popular place for many people to invest in and with sun, sea and sand, what more can u ask for?

Well I'm not sure but here is a stat that might help you: Estimates are that over the next 25 years, 50% of the WORLD's construction will take place in China. This is an amazing stat.
Real Estate is a safe bet anywhere in the world, if you are willing (and able) to just hold on to your property to ride out bad turns in the market.

The places with which the buyer is most familiar. If you do not know the area, and the relevant laws, or have excellent legal real estate adviser, then the risks are far too high.

Consider that there will be many more costs and risks in real estate than simply the purchase price.

I strongly advise taking courses in Real Estate Investment.

For many the stock market is a far better choice.
