Get a CD from any bank and have option to deposit interest every month to your checking account.

Buy a bond with monthly coupon payment.

Get an annuity with monthly payment.

Monthly is probably some type of money market or short term investment or putting it in a high-yield bank account. Even the most short term bonds are 3 months, and you don't want to invest in stocks on a month-by-month basis.

HSBC Internet Savings account or Emigrant-Direct Money Market. Both are 4.5-4.8% with monthly interest payments that compounds daily.

The mutual fund below pays dividends monthly and they are tax free. Unfortunatly, there is a front end load.

AGG an exchange traded index fund pays monthly. Current yield 4.68% but the price is falling.

TIP an exchage traded index fund pays almost monthly. It's price is also falling.
