As now a days it is an bear market in India is it good for big investor to invest money in other foreign marke |
as there is inflation in us market and interest rates are going up so plz tell me that a person should invest in foreign market or not. Instituitional investors are investing in US bond markets because interest rates there are moving up which given the risk-reward theory makes it more attractive for them than investing in emerging stock markets like India. So while they might move their money to bond markets in the US, the money wont flow out to other foreign emerging markets since they carry the same risk as India Cash is king right now. But Indian stocks are becoming very attractive. Much more attractive than a month ago. It is good to diversify across political boundaries but one must be very careful doing so. There are risks investing where you have little or no knowledge of the local conditions. Diversification helps to moderate the volatility instead of investing in a single market. |
