Where can I find people to invest money?

My company is situating in Ukraine. Our profile is service of property estimation, but there are new perspective investment direction we looking money for. Today we can offer 15-18% interest rate to invest in real estate, but there is a question, where can we find people or companies who are interested in (on what resources on the Net)?

Thank you in advance.
Regards, Artem.

15 t0 18% does not scream scam. You are not much of an investor if you cannot even get 15 to 18% returns. As far as paying these types of returns thats not a big deal either.
Take a look around with capital markets drying up 15% on money is going to be cheap money for some people doing decent deals very soon. The Ukraine is a emerging market and because of that and its past being uncertain the risk is very high.
that all said there are a lot of advertising agencies that specialize in global realestate.
http://www.escapeartist.com/
There is a web site that would be a great place to advertise your global real estate you have for sale.
Craigslist.org and Backpage are others
You might consider some reputable brokers that do global real estate sales. News papers like the Wallstreet Journal have a real estate section once a week that has a lot of homes and property globally that is offered.
as far as getting 15% on my money for the other person that commented If my investments don't return 25% I consider them a complete failure so to suggest its a scam that these people will pay 15% is not only silly but certainly makes you ignorant of what the fat cats are getting in returns. I have seen guys buy apartment buildings for 40% on the dollar and turn there 100k down payment into 1 million in cash in less then 12 months. If they couldn't access the money and pay an investor 15% to 18% they could have never done the deal.
Risk vs Reward. Yes there is great risk associated with 15% and up returns.
People that require these returns are able to manage there investments closely and will foreclose a property if the investor isn't paying them as agreed. They step in, roll up there sleeves and make that 100k bring back the returns necessary to get there 18% if the person that borrowed it doesn't follow through.
You should talk to hard money lenders these people are masters at doing exactly what I said. The investments of course must be collateralized and the loan to value will be much more strict then conventional investments.
I watched some friends in emerging markets make tons of money and sat back and drooled. The returns can be made. the aspect of making 100% on your money isn't ridiculous. When you say its a scam it messes up others that are legitimately doing it consistently. If you aren't making 15% in your investments regularly then maybe its time for you to move a few of your investments into more creative investment vehicles.
The Ukraine is in a great spot and I would market heavily in Berlin, London and wealthier western European cities like Paris and Bonn.
I like the idea of networking with as many brokers as you can both locally and internationally. Good Luck

Well, be careful of how you present yourself first of all. Announcing that you can offer 15-18% return screams scam. No legit business will advertise that they are offering returns that high. Businesses might say that in the past they have had returns that high but saying that they will give those in the future is going to turn away investors. The sad part is it might attract a lot of novice investors who do not know the difference.

Next up, do not ask about it in Yahoo Answers. That pretty much screams scam too.

1) Investment banks
2) Private investors
Contact wealthy people of wealthy nations, contact the ambassadors of embassies near you that represent rich nations, ask people Like Sheikh Maktoum of the UAE for example of perhaps the Aga Khan is another good choice for a big investor.

Any decent mutual fund will return at least 19%

You need to offer higher interest rates if you want to lure investors.
