Does anyone have any serious interest in investing in an existing Kansas Hotel?

There is a 80+ year old Hotel in Kansas for sale & I think that if everything was marketed correctly, it could be a gold mine. Does anyone know of any potential investors that would be interested?

Dorothy wanted to return to Kansas so it must be okay .. there's not enough info in the question on the hotel to answer it with any sort of intelligence, .. amenities, location(geographical and topographical), price, number of units, condition etc.

Why would anyone want to go to Kansas?
