When is the permit coming for Crystallex? And why?

Just recently the Venezuelan government affirmed the good standing of Crystallex, and the approval of the pending permit. However, the permit is not actually in the hands of Crystallex whether it's been signed or not. Gold prices and the commodity bull market have resumed according to most experts. And, as inflation and/or geopolitical risk rises gold prices will only go higher as the $ sinks. So, when will the permit manifest, why, and any other commentary on the prudence of investing in KRY.
