Does anyone here invest in gold? And if so, from whom?

Certain gold mining companies are a decent method of investing in gold. ABX for example.

You can try Kitco.com.Very good site for buying and selling gold,silver, rhodium, platinum and palladium.Plus you get current quotes and historical chart.I have bought American Eagles on eBay. Two years ago bought 5 ounces for $480 an ounce. Today gold is selling for about $648 an ounce.Not a bad return.Some experts predict gold to go to $1000 an ounce. I"ll believe it when I see it.By the way Kitco also buys gold and other precious metals.

I invest in Gold, But not the actual metal.

I do have one one ounce gold mapleleaf coin but for investment I want the leverage that gold shares gives me.

I buy a precious metals mutual fund, and it's value goes up more than equal Dollar investment in bullion does, in a rising gold market.

I like the real GOLD nuggets.

As most gold is mined as very fine dust and tiny nuggets, the larger (over 1oz) nuggets are very rare! Actually they are as rare as large diamonds!

I would suggest you look into large nuggets!

To see the 'live' spot NY gold price and some museum size gold nuggets I suggest you visit a great site I found a few months ago. I purchase a few nuggets from them just about a month ago, and not only are they beautiful to look at but in just the last few weeks they have really moved up in value!

I'm actually saving to purchase others!
