Hello, I would like to find the best securities Broker based on my specific needs.?

Hello, I would like to find the best securities Broker based on my specific needs. I am looking for a discount broker b/c I require no help in my investments. I will make between 1-5 transactions per year, I am not interested in "trading". I want as few fees as possible, like account maintenance fees... like I said, I need no assistance and I don't want to pay for it. If anyone can be of help I would greatly appreciate it.
