Freshman accounting student here. Just a few questions:

-How many college grads do the big 4 recruit and hire each year?

-What are the odds of an accountant becoming a partner?

-Must I apply to become a partner of will I be asked.

-How much of an investment must a partner make?

I would google the big four and go to each one of their websites. You will get more information pertaining to each of them there.

You usually work up the chain to become a partner in the big 4, usually with experience at the senior manager and manager level.
