Banks/brokers with a clean human rights track record?

I would like to start a savings account for retirement, but I am having trouble finding a bank or brokering firm that does not have dependent ties to companies with major human rights abuses. I would go towards JP Morgan, just because its been cornered enough to start pulling out of its more egregious investments, but compromise really wasn't what I was aiming for. Can anyone help? Diminutive banks are definitely okay. (I'm in NYC if that helps.)

Any bank/broker in the Domini Social Index should do you fine. JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs both figure in it.
