What is a good way to get Bank of America to reverse OD fees?

And dont say don't overdraw your account b/c there is more to it than that.
My husband and I both have linked accounts and we spend our own money. In additions to the investments that come directly out of our check, when we first get paid we transfer into savings right away (as opposed to waiting until the end of the pay period and transfering 'what we have left') this way we can save more and quicker. We both just leave enough in our checking accounts to 'get by' as to not pointlessly overspend. Sometimes it will happen that his card is used more times than mine, or vice versa, so we'll usually end up transfering from one checking acct to the other to avoid overdrafts. Sometimes the charges show up quicker than the transfers, even though the transfers were made first...this causes us to overdraw, rarely. This pay period my account happened to overdraw 3 times for purchases less than 5 dollars each, causing my 105 dollars in fees. I dont think that's fair.

As we had the money we were spending, it's not like we were overdrawing with NSF checks or something... it's just that b/c of the technology differences, the transfers/debts happened at times we didn't expect. Bank of America can see that we do infact have money, in both of the checking accounts, as well as a hefty savings account...so i'd think that'd help our case (but maybe just shows BoA we have money for them to take)

As said above overdraft line of credit and keep more money in your accounts. Don't listen to the tard in the middle. First of the bank I work for does credits over debits. And second of all it doesn't matter which comes out first what matters is what is processed by the end of the business day or the bank day (depending on policy). Where I work even if you have a negative balance at the end of the business day you can still deposit money to avoid a fee.

You should have an overdraft line of credit... So go to a branch, explain what has happened, ask to have the fees reversed if you sign up for an overdraft line of credit. Often, they'll do it out of goodwill.

I have a BOA account, and unfortunately you don't have much of a case to reverse the fees. All banks will process debits prior to credits. I had this happen to me on one or two occasions. I had a debit processed and then my direct deposit, but I was charged an overdraft for the debit, even though the very next transaction that evening was my direct deposit. Its not just BOA they all do it. I find it incredibly frustrating, but its a reality. In the future you should link the two accounts, this means if you do overdraft your checking they will cover it with the saving account, and you will not be charged a fee.

I worked for a bank where if you applied for an overdraft line of credit, they would reverse NSF fees.
