Can anyone give me advice on how to prove that i had shares stolen from me?

my accountant stole from me my shares and papers to prove i had them,so all i have is my bank account stating my balance and the statement to show i both had the funds and paid it out to the investment firm,the accountant also forged my signature.

First you need to file a police report. Next contact the bank where the shares were held and get a copy of the document that was forged. You might also contact a regulatory agency and they might give you some advice. If the shares were NY stock exchange they have a regulatory agency or possibly the SEC.
