How much charge in 5paisa.com and icicidirect.com for single trade?

I am very new to stock market, I am very confused where to open account for online trading. I am not regular trader. I want to use online investment for ipo, mutualfund and some time trading.

If I trade for single scrip, how much and what type of charges will be charged from 5paisa.com and icicidirect.com.

The charges are Securities Transaction Tax on your total deal. And the Service Tax on the brokerage. These are same as far as icicidirect.com is concerned, seems more expensive in these terms.
