What happened to my shares of stock? I owned 10,000 shares of XRYM.OB, now I only have 3 shares of TWCI.PK?

A few years ago, I bought 10,000 shares of XRYM.ob @ 10 cents per share ($1000 investment). Well, it tanked to 0.0005 per share. Now when I check my account, it says XRYM.ob has been changed to TWCI.pk, and I only have 3 shares of this stock @ $1.01/share. I can't find any information on this company. Can someone explain to me what happened?

You have now learned the hard way about the dangers of investing in cheap or penny stocks. They frequently go out of business or are taken over by other companies.

In your case it looks like your original stock was probably sold to another company. If your figures are correct you received about 1 share of the company for a each 3, 333 shares of the old company. Usually in this type of transaction fractional shares are involved.

You can find out some information about the new company by copying and pasting the following into your browser:

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I think that you knew it anyway.

The Organized Crime from New Jersey stole your money.

Back in the day they used to sell fake lotery tickets.
Today they sell fake stocks.

For more detailed information about this you can buy the entire six seasons of "The Sopranos" on DVD and watch them from the very beginning to the end.

WHY WHY WHY WHY?????????????

Get out of that pink sheet garbage stock NOW and become a real investor.
