Are there banks in Singapore that provide Medallion Signature Guarantees?

Situation: We live in Singapore, recently moved. We have cash held at an investment firm in the USA that we want to wire to our account in Singapore. The US firm wants a signature guarantee on their wire transfer request form, but we have been unable to find anyone here in Singapore who even knows what a Medallion Signature Guarantee is, let alone tell us whether they will provide that service to us.

Let me restate my situation. I am a US citizen, living in Singapore. I have a US brokerage account with a significant cash position, and I want to wire some cash out of my US account and to an account in Singapore.

My US brokerage firm wants my letter of instruction telling them to wire my money to my Singapore bank, signed by me with a Medallion Signature Guarantee.

If I were in the US this would be no problem, I could go to my local branch of my brokerage firm or another bank with whom I have an account, and they could provide the Medallion Signature Guarantee, hassle-free.

However, I live in Singapore, and my request to wire transfer funds must be completed by me, here in Singapore, signed by me, here in Singapore, and I need to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee from someone, somehow, here in Singapore.

I have worked in the financial services industry in the past, but am really quite stuck as to how to meet my broker's requirements to effect my wire transfer.

A medallion signature guarantee is a special signature guarantee for the transfer of securities in the United States. It is a guarantee by the transferring financial institution that the signature is genuine and the financial institution accepts liability for any forgery. Therefore, you should be checking with the transferring party (i.e. your bank in the US) instead of here in Singapore.
