Find The Balance after 5 years...........?

Find the balance after 5 years of an account that pays 4.8% interest compounded yearly given the following investment amounts.

$250.

$300.

$350.

$400.

Please explian how you did those, whereas I was absent from school while the teacher explained. Thank you.

250 * 4.5% = 11.25 + 250 = 261.25 After 1 Year
261.25 * 4.5% = 11.76 + 261.25 = 273.01 Balance After second year. That should be enough info to figure out eveerything else. but after 5 years on 250 is 311.55

Im sorry, 4.8% is 316.04 after 5 years
