What happens when a stock changes symbols? |
i have an investment i bought a day ago and now its going to go in the pinksheets what happens to my investment? it changed from NYSE to PINK, will my amertrade account show the new symbol on my account? The symbol will change. And any decent company you have an account with...should eventually recognize that. You still own the stock too. You can ask Ameritrade support directly - but I'm sure they'll do the right thing, and you won't lose any shares. |
