What would be the best choice of these two options to become an investment banker?

Oxford university- Economics degree

London School of economics- Accounting and finance degree

It doesn't really matter. No academic institution can teach you investment banking. You've either got what it takes or you haven't. Once you get into investment banking you are judged on results, not paper qualifications

Economics and Finance. Oxford.
Accounting is a pigeon hole degree.

Being only slightly familiar with either program, I would suggest the Acct/Finance degree offered by the LSE. This would prepare you better for a career as an Investment Banker. You'll assuredly have classes in Economics for this major as well.
