If someone tells you about an investment that had a return that averaged 27% per year, how risky would this be |
a. not risky at all If this was 1998 I would say C but in today's market it's a D! How many years is that avg? or d? D It really depends on the type of investment. However, risk is directly proportional to reward. Therefore, the answer is probably D. D. Past performance does not promise future results. And this person is most likely just boasting. I would not trust him. Check out the company for yourself, and get many other opinions before putting one penny into it. LMAO. That's the same crook who promised you a 4% mortgage rate forever. not risky at all... Not checking it out is even more risky. There are many funds that have 30% plus returns per year. Look at ING Russia last few years. Outstanding returns. Just diversify within a given sector or sectors, know your market, and don't get greedy. I'd answer A because if someone came up to me with a scheme like that, I wouldn't take it. I'd answer A - Not risky at all... But I don't know all details. |
