How to use CPF for investment?

currently, i m interested in stocks but don't know how to apply the account to invest. Anyone can guide me along.

You need to open a CPF-IS account with a local bank (DBS, OCBC or UOB). You have to go to the bank to do this or through a FA. After that, you can choose your broker. The local banks have it and you probably do it the same time when you open the CPF-IS account.

However, before you invest into local stocks, do you know the risk? Are you investing into stock because you see many others doing it? Do you have the time and expertise? You should sit down with a good FA to clear your thoughts.
