Paypal - Investment and lending?

Hi. Can some successful person please lend me $10 on Paypal?
I need it to kick-start my own account as I don't have a credit card and has just started living alone. I will pay it back, as I am investing it.

Thanks.

My e-mail is brands_on@hotmail.com. Thanks.

P.S Any tips will also do.

You don't need a credit card to start a PayPal account - a savings account will do just fine.

If you don't have any financials on your account you will not be able to use the money anyways. Regardless if you receive money from others and have a paypal balance unless you have active financials you will not be able to use your balance.
