E-trade buying a fraction of a stock ? |
i just opened a small etrade stock investment account. question is can I buy a fraction of a stock? are you looking to purchase small amounts on a regular basis? if so, contact the transfer agent of the stock and they can get you in touch with folks in house to set up an account. the account will be had at the transfer agent and any dividends (if any are paid) will be automatically reinvested. I dont believe you can but you can do that on Sharebuilder though. |
