What do i do if i have already filled my taxes, but after i received another 1099. i used turbo tax.?

the 1099 was from and investment account. its a significant amount of money so i know i need to do something. what is the best way to handle this

You need to file an amended return on Form 1040X. Turbo tax can handle that for you. Do NOT "refile" the return!

You need to go back into turbo tax and file a correction. This is not that uncommon. Refile and mark that this is a second, corrected filing.

You can file an amended return, no problem.
