Can anyone help me pls. Need an advice 4 a client who's considering investment options.?

1; How do I obtain published accounts of a major PLC?
2; How do I write a memo report commenting on the performance of the company using ratios in profitability, efficiency, liquidity and investment.
All I want is a guideline on how to do this. So please if anyone out there can help I will really be glad. Thanks in advance.

obtain published accounts of PLS thru the PSE website and individually thru the company's websites for more detailed infos.

a memo report:

find out what the ratios are for,

for example the acid test ratio- how much quick current assets are available to pay for current obligations, if the current ratio measures for liquidity what does the acid test ratio measure?

you could say a company is liquid, how liquid the company maybe you could say by comparing the current ratio and the acid test ratio.
