Is this investment a fraud or is it legit? how am I suppose to know if it is or not?

"Your investment remains in an FDIC-insured escrow account under the control of a 3rd party trustee. Principle is never at risk. Ever. Returns routinely range between 55% and 75% ROI."

how can I find out if it is legit or not?
I remember someone on yahoo answers was advertising http://www.swisscash.biz that claims it can give you 200%-300% return on your investment which is obviously a fraud.

I use the old saying...if it is too good to be true then it probably is. On the other side my best friend did one of these programs and he actually made a 100% return on his investment in 9 months. I still can't believe it.

Might good too good to be true but I'd invest since 5 months ago and my ROI is already up to 500%. like any other investment you can always find a way to minimize the risk and maximize the profit. It's all up to you how to deal with it. Report It

I personally work with this company and so far everything has been legit. Before I started doing anything with this company I checked out there past performance, current projects and I even went as far as to get a satellite photo of there business headquarters. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at (chrisbutler2006@comcast.net) I can also give you the name of my contact at the company.. I feel they are 100x better and more secure than any stocks I have ever invested in.
