What is the Maryland UTMA law for custodial investment accounts? |
I am mostly concerned with age requirements, but I would like all the information I can get. Thanks! The only thing that really differs between states is the number of custodians allowed (normally one) and the age of majority/termination. The age of termination for a UTMA in Maryland is 21. |
